YOUR ROLE

  • Provides on-site routine technical service at defined customer line

  • Performs consignment inventory management, manages / records / maintains all related consumption data at customer processes / lines

  • Supports forecasting and supply process (material order)

  • Maintains quality / efficiency level of products and escalates technical challenges to Application Engineering

  • Acts as first-responder between customer line and the rest of Henkel Role will be required to support all Henkel products at customer site.

  • This includes supporting quality requirements and documenting trouble shooting results

  • Attends customer meetings on site and presents Henkel related information.

  • Attends both internal and external Henkel meetings to support business requirements.

YOUR SKILLS

  • Associates degree (or equivalent) required. Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Previous work experience in an Automotive manufacturing facility preferred

  • Able to walk and climb stairs throughout the day (approximately 5 miles per day)

  • Able to lift up to 20 lbs.

  • Customer runs a multi shift schedule - able and willing to work a cross-shift schedule as needed. Weekend work as needed.

  • Proven ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholder and tactfully overcome objections

  • Independent decision maker who is comfortable assessing situations, trouble shooting and able to escalate customer needs across the team prospecting providing proof questioning sales call planning/facilitate sales digital fluency territory/portfolio management value selling

The salary for this role is $80,000 - $90,000. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
