*LPHA SUPERVISOR II 108 (63) *Open Until Filled *Salary: $74,932 to $84,288 Annually Salary is based on education and experience *LPC-A: $56,427 to $61,659 Annually

*Job Description: This position serves as Team Leader and first line supervision to Recovery Facilitators within the Emergency Services, Screening, Intake and Referral (ESIR) Department in overseeing the daily operations of intake and crisis services within the team, ensuring clients are served effectively and efficiently, and in accordance with the agency policies and procedures and Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) rules and laws. Duties also include supervision of on call crisis services for the 7 county area. This position also provides emergency services/response, information, referral, and intake services, as well as diagnostician services to both adults and children in Brazos County who have behavioral health disorders to determine if individuals meet HHSC eligibility criteria for ongoing MH services. Additionally, this position provides cognitive behavioral therapy and cognitive processing therapy to individuals meeting criteria for these services. *Education: Masters Degree and licensed as LPHA, LPC-A acceptable with appropriate experience. *Experience: Should have considerable experience, knowledge, and training in the area of assessment and crisis intervention and should have experience working with adults and/or children in crisis situations as well as experience with coordinating services with social services agencies. *Hours of Work: Generally, MondayFriday, 8am-5pm; adjustment in work hours warranted to meet the needs of the program. *Licenses/Certifications: Required LPC or LCSW certification. Must have reliable transportation and a safe driving record, must have valid Texas drivers license and be insurable by Agency insurance company. Continued employment is contingent upon successful completion of Adult Needs and Strengths Assessment (ANSA) certification, Illness, Management and Recovery (IMR) certification, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Competency (per DSHS). *Physical Requirements: Light lifting under 15lbs., moderate carrying 15-44lbs., simple grasping, walking, sitting, standing, operating a motor vehicle, operating office equipment, ability to see and hear (with aid), ability to read, write, and count, ability to maintain confidentiality, ability to work closely with others. **Facility: Brazos County, TX.
