Job Description: Performs beginning level of work providing shift supervision to clients with intellectual disabilities. Position will assist consumers with intellectual disabilities in a residential group home setting. Implement training and service objectives and assess clients needs and strengths. Tech is responsible for maintaining proper clinical documentation. Must demonstrate and maintain competency in job functions. This position must comply with CMSs Omnibus COVID-19 Health Care Staff Vaccination rules published in the Federal Register on November 5, 2021. COVID-19 vaccine immunization is required and must be completed prior to hiring. Education: Require High School Diploma or GED. Experience: Prefer experience working with persons with intellectual developmental disabilities. Hours of Work: Hours of work may vary, and shift work is required. Licenses/Certifications: Valid drivers license and must be insurable by Agency insurance.
