The Lead Graphics Installer position is primarily responsible to ensure graphic installs are completed accurately and within the required completion deadlines. This position is responsible for collaborating with the production department, the graphics department, and the manufacturing department to ensure accuracy and timeliness of all projects. The Lead Installer is responsible for quality control and ensuring zero defects on the final product.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Prepare vehicles for installation of vinyl decals, lettering, and wraps Install vinyl decals on various vehicles and other surfaces Installation may be in our facility or a customer's facility Assist team with decal production as needed Answering phones Producing quotes for customers in a timely manner. Writing up work orders. Assist production with printing, laminating, weeding, cutting, and other duties as needed. Other duties as assigned by hiring manager.

WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL ABILITIES: Comfortable with heights (climbing ladders, scaffolding, etc.) Ability to accurately read ruler measurements Ability to operate simple to complex and heavy-duty machinery Frequent mobility and/or sitting, standing, bending or stooping for prolonged/extended periods. Requires full range of body motion including handling and lifting, manual and finger dexterity. Requires a normal range of hearing and vision. Must be able to communicate providing verbal feedback in a professional manner.

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS: High school diploma or equivalent. Excellent verbal communication and organizational skills Customer-focused Detail-oriented Ability to work independently and prioritize accordingly Excellent interpersonal skills to work with customers and co-workers Ability to handle multiple priorities, and identify creative solutions to problems High level of energy, personal accountability, and integrity Professional in attire and demeanor Strong knowledge of Google Docs and Smart Sheets Ability to achieve install time deadlines Experience installing vinyl decals or vehicle wraps required Advanced Experience in difficult wrap installs/fenders/ complex shapes, large scale installs/ trucks/ semis Valid Driver's License and MVR in good standing. Ability to successfully complete a General Abilities Assessment and pass post-offer background check, physical and drug screening.

PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS: Certified in vinyl installation 3M certification Operate all production equipment including large format printers and finishing machines
