About the position:

We’re looking for a Supervisor, Lease Documentation and Funding, who will oversee, motivate, and train a high-performing documentation & funding team to ensure volume, quality, and customer service standards are being maintained. The right candidate ensures job expectations, work assignments and compliance procedures are established, understood, and followed by all associates. Contributes to building profitable and long-term relationships with our S&SC’s and customers. Aims to deliver superior service by driving and optimizing the effectiveness and efficiency of people, processes and technology thereby enhancing financial performance and managing risk. Make every S&SC and customer experience remarkable; first call resolution. Eliminate obstacles by solving tough problems on challenging deals. Seek change by being the voice for our customers internally. The Supervisor, Lease Documentation & Funding is responsible to oversee 5 or more associates responsible for the following functions: Documentation review & funding of contracts from Core & SCMNA customers, National Accounts, and Master Data Management (MDM).. You will:

  • Analyze and review data tools, business processes and operational standards to execute service delivery. Evaluate and ensure that operations meet RLC’s and The Raymond Corporation’s long term business plan.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with S&SC’s across the United States and Canada (infrequent) to strategically come up with solutions and promote best business practices to increase quality, production, and the overall experience.
  • Build sustainable, repeatable capabilities that support delivery of the highest standards of service and execution.
  • Understand obstacles that negatively impact S&SC satisfaction, and work with team members to enhance production and overcome those obstacles.
  • Resolve escalated inbound calls from S&SC’s and customers; serve as point of contact and subject matter expert on funding and MDM related questions and provide guidance to team. Escalates to external departments and follows through on full resolution, when applicable.
  • Develop KPIs and monitor metrics that drive efficiency in structuring, funding, and servicing loans and leases to create an exceptional experience for the dealers.
  • Lead problem resolution in collaboration with cross-functional departments and the sales organizations.
  • Ensure required service levels are met in accordance with set SLA’s.
  • Guidance and validation of sales tax-related items.
  • Monitor and evaluate system needs. Identify alternate vendors, if needed.
  • Oversee contract language change review process in collaboration with the legal department.
  • Lead and/or provide support for RLM activities.
  • Conduct annual performance reviews.

    About you:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work experience required, preferably in finance or related business field.

  • 8 or more years of experience in customer service/sales/marketing or related field.
  • Previous experience overseeing operations for a company in the financial services industry required, relevant and progressive experience.
  • Specialized training in financial analysis and risk-related disciplines preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of T-Value, Power BI, and CRM systems, preferred.

It would be great if you had:

  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Team oriented with an ability to work with diverse individuals and departments.
  • Ability to build consensus across the organization and across all levels of management.
  • Successful record in developing and implementing projects/programs while effectively managing associates and resources.
  • Business insight to assess changing trends and decisive insight to act accordingly.

About the total compensation package:

Salary - $67,983 - $87,100 per year. Compensation commensurate with candidate's skills and experience.

Relocation - This position may qualify for relocation.
