Robert Half is partnering with a leading Las Vegas based consulting firm known for its commitment to excellence and innovation in their search for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accounting Manager to join their dynamic team. This role will be pivotal in overseeing financial operations, including the expansion of multiple entities and international operations, as well as the integration of a new ERP system.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

• Develop and monitor budgets and forecasts to ensure financial stability and growth.

• Coordinate audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

• Maintain and reconcile the general ledger, including month-end and year-end close processes.

• Monitor cash flow, manage banking relationships, and optimize cash positions.

• Work with tax advisors to ensure accurate and timely tax filings and optimize tax strategies.

• Oversee the integration of financial data into the ERP system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

• Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and provide strategic recommendations.

• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in financial operations.

• Assist senior management with special projects and initiatives as needed.

  Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

• CPA certification

• 5-7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including experience in public accounting,

• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and compliance.

• Experience with ERP system implementations

• Microsoft Excel proficiency

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

• Proven leadership abilities.

• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
