Google YouTube Product Partnerships Manager, Trust and Safety, Intelligence in London, United Kingdom

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • Experience in policy, operations, government, journalism, or management consulting.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in partnership development, such as identifying partners, structuring/negotiating agreements, and partner management, particularly handling sensitive or complex partnerships.

  • Ability to be comfortable operating within and providing leadership up and across cross-functional teams (e.g., Product, Engineering, Legal, Policy, Operations, etc.) and initiatives.

  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills to formulate and articulate contractual, technical, financial, or business points with partners or internal teams, and ability to escalate when appropriate.

  • Excellent attention to detail and entrepreneurial or creative mindset.

  • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with Trust and Safety experts, including sourcing partners, structuring and facilitating agreements, and diligently managing partners.

  • Lead cross-functionally to secure buy-in for partnerships, including problem-solving legal, policy, business, operational, and technical complexities.

  • Become a domain expert and thought leader in the Trust and Safety space.
