    Job Responsibilities

  • Contact prospective buyers of service agreements by scheduling sales calls, and promptly follow up on leads.

  • Use established marketing strategies to identify qualified buyers of new systems and system modifications and upgrades.

  • Determine customer needs by conducting site surveys and consistently communicating to educate about USAFP capabilities.

  • Prepare and present proposals to prospective buyers

  • Maintain and report USAFP sales business plan and attend monthly sales call

  • Holds responsibility for understanding of assigned market and reporting business dynamics (market share, competition, top customers, top prospects, etc.) of assigned geographic area.

  • Develop and maintain an active proposal backlog to support the established sales plan.

  • Reinforce new and existing customer relationships to ensure we meet or exceed expectations as a long-term partner.

  • Support other USAFP Teams in their initiatives as they relate to your marketing territory.

  • Meet the key objectives of the annual commission plan.

  • Host and attend social events; Such as Happy Hours, Golf Outings, Lunch & Learns

    Job Qualifications

  • Business development and/or marketing experience is a plus.

  • Strong prospecting skills and consistent follow-through.

  • Proven ability to close sales.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • General computer knowledge and skills

  • Personal organization necessary to meet deadline-driven tasks in a timely manner

  • Ability to safely navigate construction sites unescorted

  • Proficient in use of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

  • Possess a valid driver’s license, in accordance with Company policy.
