Netflix Administrative Assistant, Advertising in New York, New York

The core Advertising team is charged with building a new, best-in-class Ads organization to establish Netflix as the premiere platform for advertiser partners and drive advertising revenue. As part of our administrative support team, you will enable our executive Advertising team to thrive. This is an onsite / hybrid role based in our New York office.

Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Maintain calendars for up to 4 Executives and alignment with their direct reports, including scheduling meetings both internally and externally.

  • Coordinate travel arrangements, both domestically and internationally, including passport renewals and processing visas.

  • Assist with the planning team, cross-functional, and external offsites, and events through coordination with colleagues and peers for flawless logistical execution.

  • Process expense reports.

  • Assist with onboarding new hire tasks for this team.

  • Display professionalism in communication with internal and external partners.

  • Ability to handle special projects and ad hoc requests as needed, e.g. org charts, spreadsheets, etc.

  • Serves as liaison as directed for executives from other offices, e.g.; deliveries, events, visitor information, meeting support, etc.

  • Coverage for other leader(s) calendars, travel, expense, and general administrative needs when peers are utilizing time off.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years as an Executive/Administrative Assistant.

  • Proven experience working in a fast-paced team-oriented setting that requires demanding calendar, travel, and expense management.

  • Prior experience supporting multiple executives is preferred.

  • Event coordination experience is a plus.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to multitask.

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace preferred: Gmail, GCalendar, Google Docs, Google Groups, MS Word/Excel.

  • Ability to be discrete and maintain confidential information.

  • Understanding of how to prioritize and respond accordingly in an ever changing environment.

  • Team player who operates in a fast-paced team-oriented setting.

Our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $60,000 - $240,000.
