ABOUT LOVESHACKFANCY

LoveShackFancy began in 2013 with a beach-to-ballroom hand-dyed halter dress that founder and creative director Rebecca Hessel Cohen made for her bridal party. Over time, that one article of clothing, created to celebrate love, has turned into a world filled with all things romantic, dreamy and drenched in optimism — from clothing to tabletop, bedding, swim, ski, travel accessories, shoes and more.

OVERVIEW

Reporting to our Senior Operations and Logistics Manager, this role will be responsible for supporting e-commerce fulfillment. The position will be accountable for delivering orders on a timely basis, following up and issues as they arise, and process improvement.

The ideal candidate will be able to function as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the e-commerce fulfillment systems and enable the company to achieve operational excellence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Ensure all orders and returns are processed by the DC within pre-set Service Level Agreements, and communicate issues to the team

· Work with the DC to resolve aged orders and returns that are out of SLA

· Execute solutions to order issues, such as cancelling orders already placed, entering replacement orders and creating shipment labels, or investigating shortages with the DC

· Manage discount and promo codes

· Ensure accurate transmittal of orders from the Company’s ERP system to the DC’s Warehouse Management System; identify and correct import errors

· Give the DC direction on priority orders

· Investigate inventory discrepancies and enter stock adjustments when needed

· Refund pending returns when necessary

· Run shipping and return reports showing actuals versus budget/forecast

· Verify all SOPs are up to date and are being followed correctly by the DC

· Support Customer Service team with real-time inquiries, i.e., order cancellations, order status look-up and management

SKILLS, QUALITIES & BEHAVIOURS

· Must be process-oriented with a high attention to detail;

· Must be analytical in approach

· Must be able to handle various situations and “connect the dots to” to understand the issue and provide a solution

· Must have Microsoft office knowledge, specifically Excel

· Must be able to pick up on computer programs quickly

· Experience in RLM, WMS is a plus

· Must be detail-oriented and possess excellent organizational skills

· Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills

· Must be able to work well in a fast-paced environment

· Must be able to prioritize their workload

· Ability to multi-task and work simultaneously with different tasks
