salary: $23 - $25 per hour

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities
Oversee and coordinate daily office operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies
Manage office supplies inventory and procurement, ensuring adequate stock levels at all times
Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives and team members
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, emails, and phone calls
Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, for important documents and records
Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees, including conducting orientations and preparing necessary documentation
Act as a liaison between departments, fostering effective communication and collaboration
Perform administrative and purchasing tasks and provide guidance and support as needed
Prepare and maintain various reports, spreadsheets, and presentations as requested
Perform other duties as assigned to support the smooth operation of the office
